David N. Rogers currently serves on the Board of several non-profit organizations in the Bucks County area. His positions include Chairman, SCORE Chapter 570 (Counselors to America Small Business),  and Past President, Board of Directors, Center for Independent Living of Bucks County (CILBC). He also serves as a member of the Lower Makefield Township Disabled Persons Advisory Board. . In 1976 Rogers and his wife co-founded Deaf Social Service Agency (DSSA) in Evansville, IN. Rogers received his BS in Economics from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his MBA from the University of Evansville.

With over 50 years employed at Shop-Rite in a number of progressively responsible positions, Bill became director of operations for 10 stores.Bill holds a liberal arts degree and after retiring in 2000 is enjoying his 3 Adult children and 9 Grand Children. Having become a widower in 2014, Bill uses his time to serve as a SCORE Mentor with clients who desire to become entrepreneurs, is still active on the St. Frances Cabrini, Pastors finance committee. In the past, Bill volunteered at ST. Mary,s Hospital Rehab dept. 2000-200

Anne Mauro

Anne Mauro has lived in Bucks County most of her life. Through her middle and high school years, Anne was involved with the Handicapped Crusaders group which had been founded in 1966, Special Teens Project and Easter Seals Day Camp. After graduating from high school, she remained very active with the Crusaders while raising a family of 3 children.  Anne manages Crescent Box Corporation and has been with them for over 25 years. Fifteen years ago, Anne assumed management of the Crusader group which celebrates their 50th anniversary in September 2016.  The Crusaders organization, in 1999,  was one of the founders for Four for the Future which had their first walk in 2000 For for the Future became  Run the Gates on 2004 when one of the original 4 groups was disbanded. Anne also was a Community Supports Specialist with Keystone Services for close to 10 years and is active with KenCrest lifesharing program.

Earl J Stalker, III has lived in Bucks County for over 45 years. During this period of time he has been involved with many non-profits. He has served on the Boards of Directors of the CILBC, Middletown Grange, Hiram Hall Association, his church, an elected member of the Newtown Borough, and the ARC Alliance. In addition he has a business located in Newtown Borough which has been located in Buck’s County for over 25 years.
He and his wife Carol have been married for over 50 years; have 3 sons, and 9 grandchildren.
Earl joined the Board of Directors October 15, 2015.
